Karim is a physiotherapist with a background in Exercise Science and Biology. He earned his Masters in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University and has completed post-graduate courses in areas such as manual therapy, athletic therapy, and biomechanics. His treatment approach focuses on functional exercise programs and manual therapy for a personalized approach for each patient. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, travel, and cooking.

Nathan is a registered massage therapist and student in the fourth year to become an osteopathic practitioner. He has experience in clinical and spa settings and likes to incorporate both into his treatments. He moved to Vancouver from Ontario to be closer to outdoor activities, and enjoys helping people with injuries, chronic problems, and stress management. Nathan is an active person who enjoys learning and personal growth, and he is committed to helping clients reach their treatment goals. He offers both active and traditional massage treatments.

Kyle is enthusiastic about being an active part of his patient’s rehabilitative journey. Improving wellness and providing the best healthcare possible are his number one objectives for every session. Having felt the aches and pains from leading an athletic lifestyle himself, Kyle is passionate about helping his patients feel the same relief that he experiences from massage therapy. Kyle’s patients often enjoy his deep tissue work that aims to reduce muscle tightness and stress. He has taken special training in IASTM a skilled myofascial tool used for soft tissue treatment. Regardless of your lifestyle and pain points, Kyle is dedicated to help you feel relief and manage day-to-day tension. Kyle completed his RMT program diploma at West Coast College of Massage Therapy and has taken his most recent continuing education on low back and sacroiliac focused pains. He has experience working with rehabilitative patients at GF Strong, pre and post-natal mothers at BC Women’s Hospital and varsity athletes at UBC and Douglas College. Outside of work Kyle likes travelling to new places and enjoys spending his time hiking around BC or at the gym staying fit.

It wasn’t long after Sarah first started seeing a massage therapist before she knew that massage therapy was the career for her. Her massage therapist not only treated her symptoms, but also took the time to learn more about Sarah, her habits and history to try to figure out the root cause. Her RMT explained how the biomechanics worked and that appealed to her engineering background. She also taught her preventative measures and home care to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment and to minimize the chances of re-injury. That is the type of massage therapist Sarah strives to be. Sarah is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario with continuing education in manual lymphatic drainage and pre/post-natal care. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and CrossFit.

Kevin is a registered massage therapist with over 10 years of experience and a former instructor at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. He graduated from the 3000 hour program, the highest standard for RMTs. He offers deep tissue treatment tailored to each individual's needs and has experience with chronic pain, postural issues, sports injury, and stress/anxiety management. In his free time, Kevin enjoys Brazilian JuJitsu, golf, and spending time with his partner and their two dogs.

Having played multiple sports growing up, Gabrielle is a registered massage therapist who has a passion for working with athletes and people experiencing chronic pain. She appreciates that the recovery journey is unique to each individual and that each treatment plan should reflect that. Gabrielle completed her studies from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and graduated on the Dean’s List. She takes special interest in treating patients who are dealing with a range of symptoms related to shoulder injuries and forearm injuries, amongst many other things. When not at the clinic, you can find Gabrielle adventuring around in her camper van, going on hikes, skiing, or playing floor hockey with friends!

Richard, a bilingual (Spanish) Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) from Vancouver, BC, is passionate about sports and injury rehabilitation. As a massage instructor, and a former basketball player who has experienced multiple injuries, he understands the significance of maintaining your body's health. Richard offers personalized treatment plans and collaborates with his clients to achieve their goals. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and hiking with his dog, Dano.

Jen is a registered massage therapist and strength & conditioning coach with a passion for athletics and paddle sports. She believes in empowering patients through knowledge and combines manual therapy and therapeutic exercise in her treatments. Jen has experience with a range of conditions and athletes, including weekend warriors and those with chronic pain. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys paddling and cooking/baking in her free time.

Scott is an RMT and a personal trainer, with a passion for sports. He graduated top of his class in the RMT program and is in his final year of Osteopathic training. He has experience in treating sports injuries, spinal dysfunctions and overuse injuries, with a focus on patient education and rehabilitation. He has a hands-on approach with a goal of exceeding patient expectations. Expect movement and testing during treatment.

Amanda grew up in Pitt Meadows, BC with a background in competitive sports including: soccer, track and field, acrobatics, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Amanda has dealt with many sport injuries and has been through extensive rehabilitation herself. Amanda has her personal training license and loves to do yoga on her free time. She understands that everyone experiences life differently, and therefore her approach to treatment takes on the same understanding. Each of her treatments take an individual and unique approach catered to each person’s own needs. She believes treatments should care for our mind, body and spirit, and that these three principles coexist. Amanda uses a variety of techniques to target each individual's goal, including: Swedish, Active and passive stretching, Deep tissue, Joint mobilizations, Trigger point release, Myofascial, Deep rhythmic breathing. In her spare time, Amanda loves to keep active with hiking, recreational sports, and running. She also loves spending time with family, cooking and baking, getting out into nature and traveling. She has traveled to over 15 countries and wants to continue adding to her list!

Paul is a dedicated RMT and former massage instructor with a Master's in Post Traumatic Physical Rehabilitation. He specializes in sports injuries and neurological conditions, incorporating deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilizations in his treatments. Paul focuses on educating clients and helping them understand the origin of their pain. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two kids at the playground.
